Contractual Relationship:
The contractual agreement for yacht rentals exists solely between you, the user, and the yacht owner who has listed their yacht on the Boatanza platform. Boatanza acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the yacht rental agreement. We hold no responsibility for any obligations arising from the yacht owner’s services.
Booking and Confirmation:
To reserve a yacht, please complete the booking form on the Boatanza platform and make the necessary payment. Once your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email/message from Boatanza.
Crew and Regulations:
Each yacht is equipped with a Captain and Crew who will ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations. The maximum capacity of the yacht must not be exceeded during the rental period.
Guest Responsibilities:
You and your guests are responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings and valuables. It is important to supervise children and infants closely, as they are solely your responsibility. Follow the Captain’s instructions regarding the use of life vests, particularly for children and infants. Carry a valid original ID or passport as per Coast Guard Regulations, as the Captain may deny entry without proper identification. Refrain from engaging in any behavior that violates Coast Guard Regulations or UAE government policies, as you alone are responsible for any legal consequences and fines. Prior authorization from relevant authorities is required for professional photography intended for public screening. Once the yacht departs, abide by the decisions made by the Captain. Disregarding instructions or violating regulations may result in serious consequences. Any fines or damages caused by passengers will be the responsibility of the passenger and the individual who made the booking. Boatanza is not liable for any additional expenses resulting from injury, illness, death, or personal harm.
Prohibited Activities:
Unless permitted by the Captain, smoking (cigarettes, shisha, hookah) is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not allowed on the yacht during Ramadan. Throwing litter overboard is strictly prohibited; please use designated disposal bins. Fishing or engaging in submarine activities without valid licenses or permissions is not permitted. Harassing any crew member is strictly forbidden. Bringing pets or other animals onboard without the consent of the yacht owner is not allowed.
Cancellations and Force Majeure:
In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, compensation for cancellations may be limited, and last-minute cancellations from Boatanza may be necessary.

Content Use and Restrictions:
Boatanza grants you temporary permission to download and view the information and materials (“Content”) on its website and mobile app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is not a transfer of title, and you are prohibited from:
Modifying or copying the Content;
Using the Content for any commercial purpose, public display, or advertising;
Reverse engineering or decompiling any software on the platform;
Removing any copyright or proprietary notices from the Content; or
Sharing or distributing the Content to any third party.
Violating these restrictions may result in the termination of your permission to access the platform.
Your Responsibilities and Booking Policies:
Boatanza acts as a platform for connecting users with yacht service providers. We are not a booking agent or service provider ourselves. Therefore, you will have separate agreements with the yacht owners when making a booking.
Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled time.
A cancellation fee will be deducted for cancellations made within 24 hours, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
No Warranty: Boatanza does not guarantee the quality or standard of any yacht services. We rely on information provided by the yacht owners and do not verify its accuracy.
Responsibility: You are responsible for:
Verifying the accuracy of information about the yacht and its services before booking.
Acting in good faith towards both Boatanza and the yacht owner.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations during your yacht rental.
Limitation of Liability:
Boatanza and its suppliers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or its content, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be settled by the competent courts of Dubai.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX payments in AED currency.
Merchant Service Providers: Online purchases may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant service provider. Please review their user agreements and privacy policies before making any transactions.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any waiver or modification of these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Boatanza.
Refunds: All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank’s processing time.
OFAC Compliance: We do not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, countries, individuals, or groups designated under the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs.
Age Restriction: Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the platform.
Cardholder Responsibilities: Cardholders are responsible for retaining copies of their transaction records.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
Platform Availability:
Boatanza strives to ensure continuous availability of the platform and its services, but interruptions or downtime may occur due to necessary maintenance or upgrades. We aim to minimize downtime and reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services at any time. We accept no liability for any service interruption or loss.
Links and Third-Party Websites:
The Boatanza platform may contain links to other websites operated by third parties (“External Sites”). These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by Boatanza of the content on those sites. Boatanza is not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of any external sites. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
Modifications to Platform Terms:
Boatanza reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
